Crime writer finds success in Germany

Alan Carter’s success in Germany continues. Last week we were delighted to hear from our European publishing friends that Edition Nautilus had sold the pocketbook rights for Alan Carter’s Prime Cut to Droemer Knaur, one of Germany’s biggest publishers.

It’s scheduled for August 2016 and Edition Nautilus will also publish Alan Carter’s Getting Warmer.

Fremantle Press would like to extend a big congratulations to Dave Warner and Robert Drewe, who have been announced as Western Australian State Living Treasures by the Department of Culture and the Arts. The award honours those whose work has made a significant contribution to the arts and culture of Western Australia. Dave Warner and Robert Drewe will join previous Fremantle Press recipients Elizabeth Jolley, Fay Zwicky, Peter Cowan, Tom Hungerford and Richard Woldendorp. Well done, guys!
