Submissions

Fremantle Press welcomes unsolicited manuscripts from authors of Western Australian origin or whose main place of residence is Western Australia. Work by non–Western Australian authors will be considered when the subject matter has a strong Western Australian focus. This applies to all genres we publish.

Fremantle Press does not consider submissions in the genres of fantasy, children’s textbooks and graphic novels.

Receipt of submissions will be acknowledged by email. We endeavour to assess all submissions within three months but occasionally it may take longer. We respond to all submissions and will contact you when a decision has been made.

We are closed for submissions every year from 15 December through to 1 March.
