In Fremantle Prison six Irish Fenians are alone, half a world away from home. But their powerful friends in America have not forgotten them. Danger, excitement and daring — this is an extraordinary true story.

Joy and Mike Lefroy researched at length the famous 1876 Fremantle Prison escape. While only a selection of this information could be included in the original paperback, the launch of this exciting new enhanced ebook provides access to more information than ever before.

The Catalpa Escape ebook features a range of teaching materials tailored for the Australian Curriculum, all in an easily accessible format that links to reference material and primary sources.
