In 2016 Fremantle Press will celebrate 40 years as a publisher of uniquely Western Australian stories.
As a not-for-profit publishing house, Fremantle Press has played a major role in establishing the outstanding literary reputation Western Australia enjoys today. Since its foundation in 1976, Fremantle Press’s purpose has been to publish stories by Western Australians about Western Australia. Unique in Australia’s publishing landscape, we are dedicated entirely to nurturing, developing and promoting the literature of our state.
Plus1 doubles your donation
Creative Partnerships Australia’s Plus1 program matches fundraising campaigns dollar for dollar. Fremantle Press was one of 31 successful applicants chosen from a nationwide pool of organisations to receive this funding in 2016. That means every dollar you pledge before May 2016 will be doubled (to the value of $25,000).
So $25,000 worth of donations will raise $50,000 for Fremantle Press.
While Fremantle Press relies on funding support from state and federal governments, direct support from Western Australians is vital, so if you love literature as much as we do please show your support today.
All donations over $2 are 100% tax-deductible.
