Krim Benterrak
Krim Benterrak was born in Marrakech, Morocco, in 1952. His interest in painting was informed by his Berbere culture and developed during his studies at the Ecole Superieure Des Beaux Arts in Paris. He came to Australia in 1977. His paintings are represented in many public and private collections in Australia, France, Morocco, Britain and the United States of America. He lives in Broome, Western Australia.

Wilderness Society Award
Congratulations to Sally Morgan whose book The Last Dance won the Wilderness Society’s 2013 Environment Award for Children’s Literature. Meg McKinlay and Kyle Hughes-Odgers were also shortlisted in the same category for Ten Tiny Things
