Charmaine Papertalk-Green

Charmaine Papertalk-Green was born in 1962 at Eradu railway siding on the Greenough River between Mullewa and Geraldton in Western Australia. Her mother is Margaret Green (nee Papertalk) of the Wajarri and her father is Charlie Green of the Bardimia.

Wilderness Society Award

Congratulations to Sally Morgan whose book The Last Dance won the Wilderness Society’s 2013 Environment Award for Children’s Literature. Meg McKinlay and Kyle Hughes-Odgers were also shortlisted in the same category for Ten Tiny Things
