Fridge magnets - Clive, Jane, Naama and Tamsin enjoy the donation

DONATION: Cold comfort

9th August 2010

Fremantle Press would like to thank Shelley and Colin Poklepovich of Fridge & Washer City in O’Connor for their kind donation of a better, much larger, fridge.

CEO Jane Fraser said the old fridge, with its permafrost freezer, had been banished from the kitchen.

“Although I’m sure all our authors will miss the excitement of seeing milk cartons flying out of the broken fridge door and staff will miss the challenge of chipping out their lunches with an ice pick, we’re all extremely pleased to have this very generous donation,” said Fraser.
