John Mills
John Mills started learning guitar at the age of twenty-one after purchasing an S/B Teisco Electric Guitar and a 1930s Coles guitar chord book from Nicholsons on Barrack Street. He said it felt like Christmas but he didn’t have a clue how to play it! He was rhythm guitarist in his first band the Valiants in 1962 and hasn’t stopped performing since.
