Dr Clare Middle
Dr Clare Middle is a veterinarian with over 25 years experience treating dogs and cats with both conventional and complementary veterinary medicine. She writes regular articles and Q&A columns for media outlets such as Nova and Glow magazines. She uses homeopathy, acupuncture, herbs, flower essences and natural diet to treat her patients. Clare gives talks to pet owners, breed clubs, vets and vet nurses and naturopaths on integrating natural therapies and diet into the more usual veterinary approach. She was the founding president of the Australian Association of Holistic Veterinarians, a group which encourages and provides accredited training for vets to use natural therapies together with standard veterinary treatments.
