Volume 6 is edited by Mark Tredinnick, John Kinsella and Cate Kennedy.
This volume features nature writing as a form and has an essay from Nicolas Rothwell, the winning essay from the Nature Conservancy’s inaugural Prize for Nature Writing and a collection of nature writing from the Busselton Jetty Project.
Cate Kennedy has selected a remarkable collection of short stories by new and emerging writers including Michaela Castledine, Robyn Wells and Rosie Barter.
John Kinsella selected poetry which includes work by Liana Joy Christensen, Scott-Patrick Mitchell and Matt Hall. Mark Tredinnick has chosen essays by Natasha Lester, Miranda Aitken and Roland Leach.
Finally, as always, indigo brings reviews of books from around the country including Shane MacCauley’s, Drunken Elk, Les Murray’s, Taller When Prone, and a detailed review of literary journals by the books editor at The West Australian, William Yeoman.
