David Ravine

David Ravine was born in Uganda in 1955. He came to Western Australia with his parents in 1962 and attended the University of Western Australia, where he studied medicine. He researched A City and its Setting while completing his MBBS at Royal Perth and Princess Margaret hospitals. He is currently Professor of Medical Genetics at the University of Western Australia, having returned to Australia from the UK where he was director of the Genetic Diagnostic Laboratory within the Medical Genetics Service for Wales.
