George Seddon
George Seddon was born at Berriwillock, Victoria, in 1927 and died In May 2007. He took and honours degree in English at the University of Melbourne, studied science at the University of Western Australia and completed a MSc and PhD (Geology) at the University of Minnesota. He taught at Winchester College in England, the British Institute, the University of Lisbon, the University of Toronto, the University of Western Australia, the University of Oregon, the University of New South Wales and the University of Melbourne.
