Rupert Gerritsen
Rupert Gerritsen was born and grew up in Geraldton. He has been involved in a wide range of political and social activism, as well as many community organisations. He has published extensively in archaeology, prehistory, linguistics and historical ethnography. He has considerable experience in youth and community work, and has carried out a number of research projects in those areas. Currently he is an independent scholar, living and working in Canberra.
