Gabrielle Targett

Gabrielle Targett’s inspiration for writing A Labour of Love came from giving birth via the water to her three beautiful children and attending births as a professional birth support person or doula. Gabrielle trained to become an Independent National Childbirth Educator and, over the past ten years, has taught at many educational workshops and courses. She is a regular presenter at birth-related conferences Australia-wide and is sought after for her honesty, humour and passion. Her greatest joy is her current work as a hypnosis practitioner and trainer of pregnant women in deep water running and hydro-therapy. Gabrielle has a degree in Physical Education and is a registered Fitness Leader.
